We work to unlock doors for our high caliber candidates, working with them step by step to help them leap ahead in their careers. AMP Career Agents takes the time to work one-on-one with our potential candidates to find out what motivates them.  Is it a specific location, better hours, a more challenging position?  Is the potential candidate looking for a different culture, higher compensation, better advancement opportunities? We know its not all about the money.  It's about people, work environment and philosophy. AMP will qualify potential candidates based upon what they tell us before we present them to an appropriate hiring authority.

Once we complete our one-on-one conversation with our potential candidates, we search our extensive database of medical opportunities to see if we can find a potential match.  Our staff is constantly scouring the nation for opportunities, and we will keep you updated on those that meet your criteria.

There are no smoke and mirrors here.  We can not guarantee that we can place every potential candidate who connects with us. We refuse to submit candidates to hiring authorities just to provide bodies to them. Our formula for success is placing the RIGHT candidates in the RIGHT positions.

When we match a top notch candidate with a position, we first discuss the opportunity with the potential candidate.  With the candidates permission, we will submit their information to the hiring authority.  If the hiring authority is interested in speaking with the candidate we will act as the candidates "Agent". Our agent services include one source services  such as interview preparation, providing area information, and when placed, providing relocation resources.

Highly skilled professionals such as athletes and actors all have agents that work for them. We believe that medical professionals deserve one too.  As your agent, we work for you, to help you reach your goals in your career and your personal life. By now you must think this costs a fortune, but it's absolutely free to the potential candidates!  Our clients pay any placement fees directly to us.  In addition, our agent service is highly confidential, unlike the job boards.  On the job boards you never know who might see your posted resume, and in some cases, you may not even know the name of the medical facility that you are sending your resume to.  We assure you that we will not release your name or any other information without your specific permission to do so.
